Easier to just look at the pics if interested. Then they misquoted their own Sweeps Rules.
Despite the fact that this is how I've been filling them out and been credited twice it's all of a sudden an issue. I provided additional documentation to clarify and presumably have my address updated. After my first redemption they reached out because the bank statement had '1/2' tacked on it but what I typed in did not. due to something that was resolved MAY 20TH.
▪️Edit: it's no longer 'incomplete.' Now it's 'mismatched.' ▪️Edit: they said, verbatim 'address is not complete.' When I provided evidence that they were sent before they changed their Terms and Conditions now all of a sudden they allege my address is illegible. First it was because of the postal codes not being on the papers.
